We didn't build over 80 years of history—over 80 years of helping others accomplish their objectives—by compromising in any area. And we will not ever.

PROJECT MANAGERS The Carter Electric Project Managers have over 100 years of combined experience with the company in both commercial and industrial project management. All have NFPA 70E certifications and 10 hour OSHA cards.

	Adam Carter | Vice President Adam has ten years of experience in the design, construction and maintenance of industrial and commercial electrical systems. His certifications include an OSHA 10 hour card. Specialized areas of expertise include control wiring for automated systems. His project work has included prominent customers such as Martin Marietta and Bridgestone/Firestone.
	Norman Taylor, CCE | Business Manager Credentials include a BS in Engineering from N. C. State University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro. Norman has over 30 years of business management experience and has written several business textbooks and training guides including Demystifying the Cash Flow Statement.
	Tom Hall | Safety/Security Coordinator Tom has over 25 years of experience in the fields of production and safety management. His qualifications include a strong background in the development and implementation of safety teams and programs. Of special note are Tom’s authorizations, by the OSHA Outreach Training Institute of Georgia Tech University, to teach Construction and General Industry Outreach Programs.
	Orville Lake | Electrical Engineer Orville's experience in the industry is both deep and wide. He has worked as an Electrical Construction and Maintenance Instructor at Augusta Technical Institute, as City Electrical Inspector for the City of Augusta, and in service to his country as a Sergeant during the Vietnam War. His educational achievements include a Bachelors of Science and Education from the University of Georgia and a Masters of Science from Southern Wesleyan University.
	Cindy Bell | Administrative Operations Manager Cindy has served Carter Electric in her current position since 1986.
	Lynn Knapp | Corporate Accountant Lynn has served Carter Electric in various capacities since 2001. She is certified in ADP payroll systems operation.
	Ray Carswell | Tool Management 19 years experience with Carter Electric in tool management

Donnie Turner | Purchasing Manager Donnie joined the Carter team in 2007, bringing with him 30 years experience in various management capacities with a prominent local manufacturer.

Nicole Davis | Accounts Payable/Reception Nicole joined Carter in January of 2008. She is a recent graduate of Augusta State University with a major in English.
